Scope of the service

NakliyeHub is business software providing lead capture, price estimation, quoting, job and trip tracking, payment recording and storefront publishing.

NakliyeHub is NOT a freight forwarder or a moving company. The transport service itself, its price and its performance are entirely the responsibility of the company using the platform.

Accounts and responsibility

• Keeping account credentials confidential and authorising team members is the company’s responsibility.
• The company warrants that customer data entered into the system was collected lawfully.
• The chosen subdomain may not infringe trademark rights; on a confirmed infringement the subdomain may be changed.

About price estimates and binding quotes

Price ranges produced by the platform are ESTIMATES based on the tariff and parameters entered by the company; they are not binding offers, and this is stated on every screen shown to a customer.

A company may mark the written quote it issues after a survey as BINDING; that document then carries a single price and the maximum amount due at the door (at most 10% above the written figure). This commitment covers only that written quote, never the estimated ranges, and the party making it is the moving company — not NakliyeHub.

Trip arrival times (ETA) are always presented as a window and never as a guaranteed exact time.

Payment and subscription

• After the trial period the service is subject to the periodic fee of the selected plan.
• Payments are collected by bank transfer; the receipt is reported from the panel and the period is extended after approval.
• If payment is late, panel access may be restricted except for the billing screen; an additional grace period applies to the published storefront.
• Usage limits (vehicles, members, monthly leads, outbound messages) depend on the plan and are visible in the panel.

Unacceptable use

• Sending commercial electronic messages without consent.
• Uploading third-party data unlawfully.
• Using the system for reverse engineering, load testing or automated scraping.
• Offering the service on behalf of a brand you are not authorised to represent.

Service continuity

Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Short interruptions may occur where unavoidable; unless a separate service level agreement has been given, such interruptions do not give rise to compensation claims.

Your data is backed up regularly and exported on request.

Intellectual property

All rights in the software belong to NakliyeHub. Content uploaded by the company (logo, photos, text) belongs to the company and is used solely to deliver the service.

Termination

The company may close its account at any time. Data can be exported on closure; retention periods are set out in the privacy notice.

In case of a serious breach of these terms the account may be suspended; on suspension the storefront stops publishing and panel access is restricted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction.

Changes

Material changes to these terms are announced in the panel and by e-mail before they take effect.
