Request Routing Privacy Notice
Son güncelleme: 25 Ağustos 2026
This notice explains, when you submit the platform request form on nakliyehub.com.tr, to how many companies your personal data is disclosed, in what order and how much of it. In this flow NakliyeHub is the DATA CONTROLLER, not a processor.
Why this form is different
A request left on a moving company’s own website goes to THAT company only. This form is a platform form: your request is routed to SEVERAL companies matching your route and job.
NakliyeHub is therefore the controller in this flow, and the scope of the disclosure is told to you IN ADVANCE.
How many companies receive your request
Your request reaches at most six companies. It is not sent at once but in sequential waves: three companies are invited first, and three more once the invitation window closes.
At the end of the fourth hour, if still unmatched, your request appears on the job board visible to eligible companies. This period is shorter if your moving date is within two days.
You are shown at most three offers, and all of them are opened AT THE SAME TIME.
What is visible and when (two-phase disclosure)
- DURING THE OFFER PHASE companies see only: service type, province and district, date range, item count, volume and vehicle hint.
- Your name, phone, e-mail and street address are NOT SHOWN TO ANY COMPANY during the offer phase.
- They are released ONLY when you accept an offer, and ONLY to the company you chose.
- No record is created at the companies you did not choose; your name never exists there.
Nothing is routed without phone verification
When the form is submitted your request is stored as “awaiting verification”. Until you enter the one-time code sent to your phone, your request is shown to NO COMPANY and no wave is opened.
This is a technical safeguard that prevents anyone else from submitting a request in your name.
Marketing consent is separate
The commercial message consent on the form is a SEPARATE, unchecked box. You can submit your request without ticking it; doing so has no effect on the offers you receive.
You may withdraw this consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect a request already routed.
Retention and anonymisation
- The request itself stays open for 48 hours, during which you can review offers and choose.
- Unmatched requests are anonymised after 90 days: name, phone, e-mail and address are permanently erased.
- If you accept an offer, your record becomes a customer record at the company you chose, and from that point that company is the controller.
Data processed and legal ground
- Identity and contact: full name, phone, e-mail.
- Job details: origin and destination province and district, date, volume, item count, your note.
- Technical trace: an irreversible digest of your IP address (the raw IP is never stored) and browser information.
- Legal ground: pre-contractual steps taken to answer your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and — for commercial messages only — explicit consent (Art. 5/1).
Your rights and how to apply
You may exercise your rights under Art. 11 of the KVKK in writing to the contact address on this site. Once you accept an offer, the request becomes the record of the company you chose; requests about that record must be addressed to that company directly.
